Mr. Don Hall is a highly experienced, educational executive driven to achieve challenging goals and overcome obstacles for over 30 years. He is recognized for a highly successful track record for outstanding performance utilizing best practices and diverse organizational development skills in six states. Mr. Hall held leadership roles in public education, higher education, department of education, private sector (GE Capital ITS), and executive level consulting. These various positions included direct responsibility for: information technology, instruction, school accountability, business services, operations, and human resources. Don has also served as a Deputy and interim Superintendent.
Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor’s in Science and a Bachelor’s in Art, a Masters of Education in curriculum and instruction. He is working to complete his doctorate in education and organizational development with an anticipated graduation date of May 2020. His contributions to education have been recognized through numerous awards from state and national organizations including ASCD, AASA, COSN, ISTE, NSBA and the Federal Department of Education.
Mr. Hall is a published author of both books and journals. He is also a keynote presenter at many national education conferences. Mr. Hall was an exchange lecturer in England at the University of London, and a special lecturer at M.I.T. in Boston. His topics included the newest thoughts and practices for standards-based learning and alternative assessment strategies in the classroom. When asked what he is most proud of among his many accomplishments, he simply says “I know that my choices were about helping every child build a personal vision for their future.”
